CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR/LEGAL SECRETARY

Key Tasks: 

• Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies globally
• Company registration
• Opening and maintaining company bank accounts in Cyprus and International banks
• Liaise with the Registrar of Companies for recording various changes in the companies status
• Experience with AGMs 

Skills and Experience:

• Educated to degree level within a legal or business field
• At least 2 years experience in the field 
• A thorough understanding of due diligence and compliance as required by legislation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently 
• Very strong administrative and time management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quorum Software
• Excellent written and spoken English and basic Greek understanding
• Foreign languages would be considered as advantage especially Russian
• Must exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
